Workplace Services

MOVE Exercise Physiology provides workplace-based exercise physiology services that support workforce health, reduce injury risk and improve physical capacity in real working environments.

Services combine ergonomics, movement education and exercise to support how people move at work. Programs may include ergonomic input and individual or group-based sessions focused on reducing strain, building physical capacity and supporting long-term, sustainable work participation. Group-based sessions may include stretch and mobility sessions, Pilates-based exercise, boxing-style conditioning, HIIT or strength-focused formats, adapted to suit the workforce, setting and job demands.

Services are delivered by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and tailored to the demands, environment and goals of each organisation. Programs can be delivered on-site, within workplace facilities or suitable community settings, and may be provided as one-off sessions or ongoing initiatives.
