Service Fees Explained
Fees vary depending on the service type, funding pathway, appointment duration, location and any reporting or non-face-to-face requirements.
MOVE Exercise Physiology provides services across private, Medicare, health fund, NDIS, DVA, aged care, WorkCover WA and workplace pathways.
Fees are discussed before services commence, and written service agreements or schedules of supports are provided where required.

Private appointments are available for clients paying directly for exercise physiology services.
Medicare rebates may apply with a valid GP referral under an eligible chronic condition management pathway. The full consultation fee is payable, and a gap fee may apply.
Health fund rebates may be available depending on your individual fund, level of cover and eligibility for exercise physiology services.

MOVE Exercise Physiology can provide services for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Services may include initial assessment, exercise physiology sessions, provider travel, progress reporting, documentation and non-face-to-face supports where reasonable, necessary and agreed in advance.
Reports, exercise equipment recommendations and service-related documentation can be discussed and included where clinically relevant and aligned with participant goals.

DVA exercise physiology services are available for eligible clients with a valid DVA referral. Approved services are billed in accordance with the current DVA Schedule of Fees, with no usual out-of-pocket cost for approved DVA sessions.
Please note that gym, pool or facility entry fees remain the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

MOVE Exercise Physiology can provide mobile exercise physiology services for aged care providers and organisations supporting older adults. Services may include initial or extended assessments, individual consultations, reporting and case conferencing.
Fees are outlined in the Schedule of Fees, with outer metro travel quoted case by case.

WorkCover WA services are available where there is an accepted claim, appropriate referral and insurer approval. Services are billed according to the current WorkCover WA fee schedule.

Workplace services may include ergonomic support, workplace health screening, movement classes, manual task/safe movement education and injury prevention support.
Services are quoted individually based on service type, location, staff numbers, reporting needs and travel. Please get in touch to discuss workplace service options and request a quote.
