Medicare
MOVE Exercise Physiology provides Medicare-rebated exercise physiology services for individuals referred by their GP under a GP Management Plan (GPMP) and Team Care Arrangements (TCA).
Services support people living with chronic or complex health conditions, using evidence-based exercise and education to improve function, manage symptoms and support long-term health and quality of life.
Care is planned in collaboration with the referring GP to support coordinated management and appropriate reporting. Sessions are individualised and delivered in environments that best support the person and their goals.
If you have a current referral, you can submit it below. If you are unsure about eligibility or referral requirements, please use the enquiry option.

Medicare rebates for exercise physiology services are available to individuals who have a current GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangements in place.
Under this arrangement, eligible individuals may access up to five allied health sessions per calendar year, shared across eligible providers. The referring GP determines clinical eligibility and allocation of sessions based on individual needs and overall care planning.
If you have questions about eligibility or the number of sessions available, these can be discussed with your GP or clarified via enquiry.
